This FREE 30-minute video call is our first opportunity to meet each other and for you to show off your space, discuss your needs, and ask any questions you may have. We'll give you the run-down of our process and you'll decide from there if moving forward with us is best option for you.

  • What is a professional organizer?
    A professional organizer is someone who has the skills whether by nature or through professional training to optimize space and functionality in your home. Their specialities may vary by population (senior, children, parents, professionals, corporate, etc), situation (like hoarding or estate planning) or space (closet, kitchen, garage, etc). They are able to coach clients through decluttering and organize and help them establish goals for maintenance of the established systems.
  • Will you make me throw my things away?
    Absolutely not! You ultimately have the final say on what stays in and leaves out of your home. We will never push you toward a particular decision. However, please note the more items you own and decide to keep, the longer projects may take and the more money you may need to spend investing in products to properly contain your items.
  • Who does the shopping for the products?
    We do! Ordered is a completely done-for-you service. All packages offer all-inclusive services, shopping being one! You may choose to do your own shopping if you insist, however it will not change the price of your package.
  • How will you know what to buy?
    During your consultation, you will share with us your desired aesthetic or you may submit images that showcase your style and vision for the project. From there, we will shop within your aesthetic and budget. We also offer product recommendations if you aren't sure where to start or what you might like. For clients who have a style in mind, we ask that they share inspiration pictures with the organizer to ensure we share the same vision.
  • Does the quote you provide include products?
    No. Products needed to complete your project are not included in the quote provided to you. However, we are more than happy to do the shopping for your project as it's included in our all-inclusive services.
  • How much do organizing products cost?
    This depends on a few things: 1. Quantity of items: How much of your items are you keeping? 2. Your style: What is your desired aesthetic for your space? Organizing products range in price, so it's possible to shop with almost any budget. However, keep in mind that the amount of items you have and your personal style will be the major determining factors on how much you will spend.
  • What are my payment options?
    We accept cash and all major credit cards. For electronic payments, you will submit your payment through HoneyBook, our secured project management system. Through this system, the client has access to all documents, appointments, and invoices throughout our time together. Product reimbursements are invoiced separately and may be paid through HoneyBook or CashApp.
  • How long will my project take?
    This depends on a few things: 1. The amount of items you have 2. The amount of time if takes you to decide on your items 3. The size of your space Project completion times will vary. We do our best to give the most accurate estimate possible, however, there are situations that may arise during the organizing process that may halt or prolong the desired completion time. Ordered promises to value your time and work efficiently to produce the desired outcome.
  • Do I have to be present during the project?
    Absolutely not! In fact, many of our clients prefer to steer clear of the project site as it may bring additional stress and overwhelm. However, we will need you to pop in during the decluttering stage of organizing as we will not get rid of anything without your permission. You may choose to opt out of the decluttering stage, however, make note that it may affect the final outcome of your space. Outside of this decluttering stage, you may choose to either hang around with us or enjoy your day away from the home. If you do stay, we kindly ask that clients do not heavily interfere with the process as it may slow us down and end up costing you more. We promise to respect your privacy and will always contact you with any questions or concerns.
