Meet Jayna
Owner | Lead Organizer

I've been passionate about organizing for as long as I can remember! As a child, I loved decluttering our home and felt an incredible sense of satisfaction when creating purposeful, functional spaces. My mother would often ask me where something was, and I always knew exactly where to find it. There's even a story about two-year-old me carefully clearing off a coffee table, only to put everything back in a perfectly organized way. From a young age, I had a knack for maximizing space and making it work efficiently. Little did I know, this natural talent and enthusiasm for organization would eventually grow into a fulfilling career.
As I grew older, my passion for helping others became a driving force in my life. This led me to study psychology as an undergraduate and pursue a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. During my master's internship, I had the opportunity to work with a client who struggled with hoarding. That experience was a turning point for me- it was when I truly realized the profound connection between physical space and mental health. Clutter and disorder weren't just surface-level issues; they often reflected deeper emotional and psychological challenges, offering insights into a person's inner world that I hadn't fully known.
Fast forward to today, I continue to cherish my work as a therapist and it will always hold a special place in my heart. However, my primary focus now lies in the joy of creating systems that bring order and functionality to every corner of the home. Whether you're naturally organized but pressed for time or feeling completely overwhelmed and unsure where to start, I'm here to help! My mission is to design personalized organizing solutions that empower you to embrace healthier living habits. Every home tells a story. It may reflect grief from loss, the exhaustion of an overburdened parent or busy professional, or simply the chaos of everyday life. Whatever your story may be, we can rewrite it together . My hope is that these systems not only transform your space but also inspire positive change within you. When you take control of your living environment, it lays the foundation for a better quality of life.
At Ordered, LLC, we are committed to professionalism, open communication, and respecting you, your space and belongings, and your decisions throughout the organizing process. No worries with us! You'll never be pushed into making decisions you may not be ready to fully commit to.
As a wife, mother of three, and business-owner, I understand how life's demands can push home organization to the bottom of the to-do list- or off the list entirely. Together, we can reclaim your space and create the environment you deserve to support a happier, healthier you. I look forward to our work together on this journey toward an order home, mind, and life!

My goal is to support your home and family system by creating free-flowing, orderly, and functional living spaces. I am excited to learn about you, your family, and your organizational needs. I cannot wait to be a part of this journey of organization with you!

I'm a senior at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a passion for organizing! I would describe myself as honest, highly self-motivated, and very hard-working. Naturally, I gravitate towards reimagining spaces by cleaning, decluttering, and organizing. Over the years, I have organized bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, closets, and garages. During our time together, I will ensure transformed spaces are sustainable, functional, and of course, aesthetically appealing! Most importantly, I hope to connect with you and support you while fulfilling your organizational needs. I desire to spread joy to our clients through relieving stress and making them happy with their transformed spaces! I'm looking forward to working with you!
